Softball meeting – April 29, 2023 @ 9:00 on Zoom
Attendance: Hannah (CE), Ryan Campbell, Brian Ferrill, Andrew, William
$400 per team to cover costs. Please bring to the first game if possible, but by the end of May at the latest.

- BATS are ASA or USA approved
- Chalk – $7 bucks a bag (1 per week) Need 12 bags.

o Women’s - we need (Scorebooks, balls, calk)
- Andrew making Pitching mats. – League will pay him back
Fields – Henry Jackson:
- bathrooms at the far playground
- Hannah will send a message to everyone if the games are cancelled due to the weather.

Schedule
- Hannah is writing the schedule.
- Do you want to find out if your church has any events over the summer that would keep you from having your full team? I could write in a bye or schedule Tuesday or Thursday whatever works best.
- Start May 16th & 18th (we will play 2 weeks of 1 full game per night)
