  5. Financial Overview
    ● Season Cost: $700 per team
    o Deposit: $200 due April 6
    o Final Payment: $500 due May 2
  6. Equipment & Supplies

    Scorebook, First Aid Kits, Ice Packs, Umpire Supplies: League will supply new teams (Lifepoint 3, Grove
    2, Trinity Evangelical)
    The league will buy more bandaids, 3 Base tools, and Coaches will ensure they have what they need
    for their teams. We will try to paint the strike mats orange or something you can see in the dirt.
  7. Game Day Basics
    ● First Game: Home team lines (1 bag of lime per night) and sets up the field (if you are playing on
    the same field both games you are home the 1st and sit in the furthest dugout.)
    ● Second Game: Home team cleans up, locks up, and returns game balls (If you are playing on 1
    field one game and another the next you sit in the dugout that is back to back)
    ● Game Balls:
    o 1 new ball (11” & 12”)
    o Per night, per field (not per game)
    ● Everett – Balls will be in the storage locker, Marysville Home coach for 1st game will supply. Re-
    supply your gear bags when you are in Everett for the remaining Marysville games. League will
    bring and supply balls for the Jamboree, tournament & All Star game
  8. Season Timeline
    ● Season Kicks Off with the Jamboree on May 2
    ● Regular season games start May 12 / May 14
    ● Weeknight game time: 6:00 PM
  9. Jamboree Day – What to Expect
    Date: May 2, 2026
    Location: Skagit Valley Playfields (Mount Vernon)
    Details:
    ● Team attendance deadline: April 18
    ● Coffee & donuts provided
    ● Game times: All teams are to be at the field and ready by 8:30AM at the latest unless approved
    by the jamboree coordinator.
    o 9:00AM, 10:00 AM – Lunch break & mid-day field switch and mix up teams- 12:00 PM, 1:00
    PM, 2:00PM, 3:00PM – teams are not to leave at 3 unless dismissed by the Jamboree
    coordinator.
    ● 5-inning games (1 hour)
    ● Teams rotate between playing, umpiring, and field duties

    ● Umpire Clinic: April 18 (10:00 AM, at CE in the community center right next door. 3120 Wetmore.)
    o Who is expected: Coaches, Assistant coaches, anyone that may umpire, Scorekeeper.
    o Game Changer, Rules, Baseline Interference
    ● All-Star Game: July 11, 2026 (Everett) Fun Exhibition game. Jeremiah and Cory will work on this
    and give you more details later. Teams/ Volunteers needed but not limited to: set up, tear down.
    MC, Umpire, Extra stuff (home run competition, carnival type stuff, food?, sponsorship)

    ● End-of-season voting – we will have a form on the website to vote, comment or praise another
    player or team all season. Hannah will send out after each game. Will will make the form.
    Possible questions are: What stood out to you about this team or player? Why? Who displayed
    good leadership, sportsmanship, and spirit?
    ● Pickleball – love to get a pickleball league
    ● AquaSox Game – Will will send out dates when it is closer, but last year a bunch of people from
    all the teams went to the game and sat together.
    ● Commissioner roles opening at season’s end (please pray about serving)
