March/April League 2022 Meeting Notes

  • Next meeting will be via email about the teams on the 16th and then the next zoom meeting is April 23rd at 9 am. Zoom link on the events calendar
  • Fields
    • $100 per day
    • we have onsite storage
    • bathrooms at the far playground
    • insurance can be on 1 church; CE will use theirs
    • they have bases and leave them up all season, we line the fields & drag the bases.
    • Jeremy offered us 1 bucket of each kind of ball for free – Hannah will call and find out how many and what kind.
    • Team Needs to Sign Waiver — TBA

  • Equipment
    • Pitching mats – $15 each
    • Chalk – $6 bucks a bag (1 per week) Need 12 bags
    • Flags or line on the batter’s box – $5 bucks each need 4
    • Balls
      • Men’s 52300 May 2nd $75 per dozen ish – need 5 dozen each ball
      • Women’s end of May
    • Eric will order what we need (Scorebooks, balls, mats, flags)
    • Hannah will call Jeremy at the City of Everett to find out how many balls and which ones.

  • Tournament:

    • Need someone to write check: Hannah and William will go on the account

    • Collect the money $200 per team commitment payment (April 16) with remaining $200 due by first game – Mail to 3603 122nd St NE, Maryville 98271

  • Schedule:
    • Corey & Adrienne writing the schedule
    • Start May 3rd & 5th (off the 9th and 16th) (off week of the 4th) finish July 28th – Championship July 30th
    • Teams are to commit by April 16th with $200
